Media and public engagement

Media collaborations, public communication, and knowledge-transfer activities on environmental crime, green and blue criminology, marine harm, ecological justice, climate change, and sustainability.

Knowledge transfer

Since the beginning of my research career, I have considered that environmental law and sustainability should not remain limited to academic publications. My public-engagement work includes talks in schools, science-education activities, public events, professional training, and collaborations with local, regional, and national media.

In 2018, I joined the Climate Change Interdisciplinary Laboratory (LINCC) at the University of the Balearic Islands, where I developed research on environmental harm, green criminology, and the relationship between crime and climate change.

I have also contributed to public and secondary-school activities, environmental-law events, and initiatives focused on green criminology. Through collaboration with media outlets including Diario de Ibiza, NouDiari, radio, television, and digital platforms, I seek to make research on environmental challenges accessible to broader audiences.
